美國同性婚姻合法 台灣伴侶盟繼續戰鬥
2015-06-27 02:14:13 中央社 台北27日電
美國最高法院裁定同性婚姻全美合法，社團法人台灣伴侶權益推動聯盟隨後在臉書上表達恭喜之意，並表示伴侶盟將在台灣繼續戰鬥，直到平權實現。
伴侶盟指出，在漫長的爭議之後，美國最高法院26日終於做成歷史性判決，認定美國憲法保障同性伴侶享有結婚的權利，判決認為如法律只允許異性結婚，等於侵害了同志公民受憲法保障的平等權，因而是違憲的。
伴侶盟恭喜美國成為世界第21個全面承認同性婚姻的國家！
伴侶盟說，作為台灣多元成家運動的主推團體，也將在自己的土地上，繼續已經展開的司法（釋憲案）、立法及社會倡議的戰鬥，努力不懈，直到平權實現。
針對美國最高法院判決，伴侶盟表示將舉辦一個公開討論會，屆時歡迎大家一起來參加。「我們相信，對話與團結，能讓改變成真！」
