標題[問題] win7 關機異常附上異常碼

想請問板上高手一些問題 最近因為換上新電腦所以也把系統改為win7 但使用後發現 1. 開啟程式容易有無法回應的狀態，有時工作管理員順利關的掉有時無法 2. 在"關機"及"重新開機"速度都很慢 至少要花15分鐘才會關機 重新開機部分則一直會出現短暫的藍屏 並在開機後顯示 windows已從意外關機修復 BCCode: 9f BCP1: 0000000000000003 BCP2: FFFFFA8009C30A00 BCP3: FFFFF80001B9A3D8 BCP4: FFFFFA80099E15B0 OS Version: 6_1_7601 service Pack: 1_0 Product: 256_1 協助說明問題檔案 C:\Windows|Minidump\011115-14414-01.dmp C:\User\帳號\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-21730-0.sysdata.xml 有爬過一些文是因為主機板驅動程式沒有安裝好嗎? 時間切點好像是進行更新後開始都會有這狀態 想麻煩協助解答 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.224.238.6 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Windows/M.1420948815.A.468.html
