========================================= ○介紹店鋪:[8cH OCHO廚房│東區] ○地址:台南市東區東光路2段80號 ○電話:06-2750708 ○營業時間: 08:00Am-05:30Pm ○消費提醒: 1.週二店休 假日沒有提供預約訂位 2.早午餐僅供應到02:00Pm(假日到03:00Pm) ●消費時間：102年10月 ========================================= ●●○有圖有真相→http://www.orange-dog.com/2013/12/8ch-ocho.html#more 雖然現在大家假日都睡得很晚起..可是為了早午餐倒是都早起得心甘情願.. 在台南除了傳統小吃的早餐(像是牛肉湯或鹹粥以外).. 早午餐店很多都需要預約才有位置.. 這是個蠻奇妙的現象..畢竟早午餐一份要價其實都不便宜.. 但如果遇到又有限時間的店家可能就有些掃興了..畢竟假日的早午餐要的是悠閒啊.. 有天剛好朋友說要聚會..剛好約的地方是在以前工作的國賓影城附近.. 大概五年前這一帶其實還沒有這麼多咖啡店..現在有ORO還有南島夢遊等等.. 這家[8cH ocho廚房]名字唸起來繞口了點.. 不過外觀走現代時尚風格讓我想到附近的ORO.. 它的位置剛好在角間的三角窗..其實外觀還蠻漂亮的..簡潔的黑白色調.. 聽說是自家住宅改建..木造地板加上室內白色牆面.. 好像大概也是一兩個月前的食記..所以我依稀記得是約近中午的樣子.. 店內幾乎是全滿..可以聽得到聊天聲音..但卻也不會太吵雜.. 因為氣溫有些涼意..剛好這天是坐在靠窗邊的位置.. 陽光灑進來桌面..其實很舒服..大概只有冬天可以這麼愜意的享受陽光.. 餐點的風格也很符合這邊的調性..講求的是地產地銷與季節時令的有機農作物.. 雖然一開始看到這點有些擔心..因為我蠻怕過度養生的餐廳.. 雖然我不是無肉不歡那種..可是如果整桌都是一堆苜蓿芽我會蠻頭痛的.. 因為來的時間剛好是供應早午餐的時段..所以就有四種餐點可以選擇.. 幸好仔細一看我就寬心了..餐點雖然只有四種..但呈現的方式挺多樣化的.. 不過幾乎就都是套餐的型式..重點是還非常貼心的寫出參考熱量.. 很意外的是我點最貴的D套餐竟然是熱量最低的..不知道有沒有印錯.. 只有D套餐內容是主廚濃湯跟時蔬沙拉選擇一種.. 但其他的三種套餐都是濃湯加沙拉都有的..為何越貴的內容物越少?? (雖然我也不愛生菜沙拉..純粹是貪小便宜心態作祟XD) 當然還有附一杯120元以內的飲料..不夠再另外補差價.. 所以大概都要接近300元上下的價位..不算便宜就是..另外也有下午茶套餐.. 餐前先送上一杯新鮮蔬果汁..充滿精力與清爽的開始. 還蠻好喝的..我老實說.. 然後是我選的[主廚巧達濃湯]..配料雖然還算可以..可是湯頭很好喝.. 整個香醇濃度跟調味香料的搭配剛剛好..我還蠻推薦的.. 接著上的是我的主菜[天使細麵+迷迭香烤雞腿/290元] 雖然一直在心裡碎唸為什麼最貴的套餐卻只能濃湯跟沙拉擇一哈哈.. 不過看到主餐端上桌我心情就笑開懷了啊..因為真的蠻豐盛的.. 天使細麵的部份..雖然是細白麵條..雖然清淡但是拌炒洋蔥與香料後.. 整個麵條在咀嚼間的香氣很夠..我記得還是有淡淡鹹香.. 但麵條保有本身的彈牙嚼勁..因為是天使麵..所以口感又很細緻.. 而烤雞腿肉又是不同的風味..微焦酥的外皮..軟嫩多汁的去骨腿肉.. 燒烤醬汁不會過重的調味..適巧的搭配雞肉本身口感很滿足!! 旁邊的炒蛋也很好吃..滑嫩順口..蛋香十足.. 再加上搭配的一些青蔬豆子..整份套餐這樣搭配下來讓我大改觀.. 點這份D套餐的早午餐還蠻值得的!!而且慢工出細活... 因為它點完餐到上桌真的是花了些時間..可是很值得.. 另外這份應該是[季節蔬果雞肉捲/240元/314卡] 它是滿滿的生菜夾進大塊的雞肉..雖然感覺也好像很好吃.. 但因為不是我點的..所以拍張照片給大家看看.. 其實它們家擺盤很細心又精緻.. 最後是我的[抹茶拿鐵]..還算不錯..就是中規中矩的味道.. 不會失望但也不會特別驚喜.. 這篇食記的內容有點簡單陽春..沒辦法..因為我到得太晚.. 所以沒辦法分享其他人餐點的照片..但是我自己點的部份是完整呈現啦.. 講真的以往如果是聽到有機兩個字的餐廳..基本上我都選擇跳過略過.. 不過這家早午餐店的餐點讓人蠻意外..呈現不是像一般咖啡店平常不過的早午餐搭配.. 可能盤子一攤開就是不意外的麵包、熱狗、炒蛋加生菜的內容而已.. 不管是在調味、擺盤或份量上都有用心..我自己吃完算蠻喜歡的! (不過只有限D套餐的部份..哈哈哈哈)而且它生意也貌似不錯.. 聽說假日不早點來就只能坐外面位置吹風了..有興趣的人可以參考看看囉!! 先說我是個睫毛不濃密也不長的人 可是他們 非 常 會 掉! 而且我平常不刷睫毛膏 也很少畫眼妝跟戴隱形眼鏡 戴個大眼鏡也不太會揉眼睛什麼的 但睫毛們還是很常離開我 曾經用過睫毛修護/增長液想讓他們強壯一點 不過沒感覺到顯著效果 就放棄了 而且以前睫毛是偶爾會跑到眼球上 但這兩天我都在晚上保養的時候發現又掉進去了 是有想過可能是洗臉手勢問題 可是我也沒有連眼睛一起搓阿> ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.113.159
