網誌圖文無音樂版 http://jay0909.pixnet.net/blog/post/32500901 ============================================================= 夜市位在新明國小旁邊，我們都稱他為新明夜市，到是我們小時候常常去的地方。 而中壢新明夜市大家最有印象就是，一個賣芭樂的特殊叫聲，如果你不知道大概就沒真正 來過中壢夜市。 其實每次都吃雞排的我，有時候不清楚排骨酥的魅力在哪邊?? 大概也沒吃過好吃的排骨 酥吧 今天第一站來到很多人排隊的瑞記排骨酥，人多的時候，總要排個二到三十分鐘。 如果想要快速到達瑞記排骨酥，有來過夜市都知道，除了大家常走的兩條，一去一回，旁 邊還有一條，就是店面那一條。 稍微晚一點來，就會看到好多人在排隊，那就拿出手機滑一滑。 排了十幾分鐘，終於買到一包。個人覺得他們家的排骨酥好吃，沒有那種炸過很老的感覺 。 第二站來到混蛋爆蝦，這種店已經很多夜市都有喇，只是各大夜市經過很多次，今天決定 來買看看。 每份50元，就五隻，所以一個十元，看外觀就是鳥蛋+蝦子。個人覺得還算特別，只是不 便宜喇。 接下來來到跟瑞記一樣邊的金牌香豆腐，看樣子還以為是臭豆腐，裡面有很多人在用餐， 所以我也來湊一腳。 有原味、素食、麻辣三種口味，一份50元，有兩大塊豆腐。從外觀很像台中逢甲我最喜歡 吃的金牌臭豆腐。 最後我買了三盒回家，個人覺得比較沒有臭豆腐的味道，到是比較像炸豆腐，但是有臭豆 腐的外皮。 從老闆的切工來看，豆腐切得比較不整齊，大概是外皮不夠酥脆關係。 心得 瑞記排骨酥好吃，值得推薦，雖然每次買都要排很久。混蛋爆蝦倒是還蠻特別，不過倒是 不算特別便宜。 最後金牌香豆腐沒有想像中好吃，外皮不夠酥脆，大概招牌也寫不是臭豆腐。 [中壢觀光夜市] 地址：桃園縣中壢市新明路 (新明國小旁邊) 中壢觀光夜市交通資訊：國道一號下中壢交流道往中壢方向行駛，直走民族路遇新明路左 轉，直行即可到達 -- 斯麥樂三號 - 旅遊美食台灣趴趴走 部落格 http://jay0909.pixnet.net/blog Facebook http://www.facebook.com/smile3pixnet -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.181.141.113
