高鐵特許延長 朝野都有意見

台灣高鐵公司向交通部提出延長特許99年，朝野立委都持保留看法。民進黨立委葉宜津表示，假如真的要延長，也要看契約內容，絕不能平白無故延長。國民黨立委羅淑蕾說，延長特許，就是圖利原始股東。當初政府要接管高鐵時，她建議交通部強制高鐵減資，然後政府再增資，把原始股東踢出去，全部交由政府經營。現在若延長特許年限，等於將來獲利都歸原始股東所有，她反對延長特許年限。
