預防痔瘡 多蔬果多喝水

不少女性長期久坐或埋首念書,加上蔬果攝取不足引發痔瘡,但很多人不敢就醫。醫師表示,導致痔瘡的五大殺手,包括精緻化飲食缺乏纖維攝取、水份攝取不足、運動量不足習慣久坐、排便習慣不良經常性便秘,以及懷孕期間腹壓增加等。提醒民眾每天應喝2000cc的白開水、多吃蔬果,並且養成運動習慣,才能避免痔瘡。
