懇請01神人救救我家陽台菜園

最近迷上自己種菜DIY，於是網購10個大型蔬菜盆、有機質培養土及種子等用具擺放在2樓陽台（如圖），6/18將各類種子入土後，每天下班回家後，大約晚上11點多及早上7點多會用氣壓式噴水壺各噴一次水，心中好不快活
一星期後終於盼到發芽了，腦袋中幻想的都是1個多月後豐收的畫面，但是事情哪有我想的這麼好
最先發芽的芥藍長到4~5公分後，有些幼苗就倒伏在培養土上，一開始我以為這是芥藍的「個人問題－體質太差」，沒想到隨後發芽的小白菜及莧菜也是一樣，今晚發現櫻桃蘿蔔也不幸中槍，但它身高才2公分呀
小弟拔除這些夭折的幼苗觀察，發現它原本是好好的一根，但莖突然從中間萎縮變成細細的一條線，但葉子卻沒有萎縮（如圖）
懇請01神人救救我家陽台菜園，告訴我這到底是為什麼
