標題[問題] 關於縣市政府一級機關主管任用問題

想請問一下大家，以公務人員任用法對公務員的定義，只要是有官等職等並經過考試/銓敘/考績合格，就稱做公務員但是縣市政府一級機關的主管，依照地制法的規定，他們也是有比照官等職等，那是否也需比照公務人員任用法的規定? 因為地制法對於縣市政府的用人只有明白指定秘書長需要以公務人員任用法任用，所以才會有此疑惑，請高手們不吝賜教，謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.217.89
