1、房屋地點：台南永康區大橋鹽行這邊安南區不要太西邊北區奇美醫院中山南路，中華路這邊其實就是要去南科方便啦，但是又不想住新市善化想要離熱鬧區近一點，所以安南區太裡面不考慮 2、房屋屋齡：30以下 3、房屋類型：老透天 4、所在樓層： 5、房屋坪數：25坪以下比較有機會吧!!? 6、房屋格局：三房以上 7、房屋座向：隨便 8、屋前巷(路)寬： 9、購屋預算 :500萬現金我不太懂翻修需要多少預算，可以的話幫我粗估一下我想要全部花一花在500以下 10、有無陽台：不介意 11、有無停車位：要有停車位，或者附近好停車 12、交通：（捷運要走多久、或公車站牌走多久） 13、附帶條件說明： 14、聯絡資訊：最好以站內信方式連絡前陣子看大橋砲校旁邊的新房子，最便宜要700多(超小間) 想說看老房子不知道有機會500萬以內住到當然有新屋要賣500以下我也不介意做做夢XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.249.235.66
