標題[問題] 地上權房屋購地問題

最近看上了一間房子不錯可是只有房子的權利地卻是土地銀行的但是賣房子人說可以去跟土地銀行購地竟然還跟我說現在就可以買???(我覺得他在騙我) 但網路上找不到相關的資訊房仲網站上也不少這樣的房子但都只有說未來可向土地銀行購買想請問的是要如何去跟土地銀行買地何時可以買? 如果要直接跟銀行詢問應該跟那個部門詢問呢? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.150.140.10
