102稅四拜託請幫我解答疑問，謝謝．題目：甲夫乙妻欲收養A，下列何種情形法院不得認可？ (A) A為甲之孫　(B) A為乙之妹之媳婦　(C) A為甲之兄之子 (D) A為乙之弟之女法條1073--1 下列親屬不得收養為養子女：一、直系血親。二、直系姻親。但夫妻之一方，收養他方之子女者，不在此限。三、旁系血親在六親等以內及旁系姻親在五親等以內，輩分不相當者。問題： A為乙之妹之媳婦--->為旁系姻親3親等輩份不相當，請問不是旁系姻親在五親等以內，輩分不相當者都不可嗎？ A為甲之兄之子--->為旁系血親3親等輩份不相當，請問不是旁系血親在六親等都不可嗎？ A為乙之弟之女--->為旁系血親3親等輩份不相當，請問不是旁系血親在六親等都不可嗎？另外請問法條：三、旁系血親在六親等以內及旁系姻親在五親等以內，輩分不相當者。請問是不是旁系血親在六親等以內（不必管輩份），都不可呢？？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.44.48.58
