昨天應徵曾經刊登在這個Job板的工作，刊登的文章已經不見，也不便說明是那間公司。當初文章：一、沒寫說要有工作多少年的經歷。二、沒寫說會有試用期，試用期月薪多少當然也沒寫。三、明明寫說有週休二日，且平日工作有寫明上班時間，但沒寫加班費怎麼算。四、薪水開3?000～?0000（範圍很大，不便明確透露），後面補一個（面議）。昨天應徵：一、要求要有一年以上工作經歷。二、說有試用期三個月，那三個月薪水30000（總之比他開的薪水還低）。三、週六、日常有加班，且平日工作責任制。四、試用期過後薪水只給3?000（即文章中要求的最低薪資）。我答應了，但他也只叫要等通知，不過我覺得和文章差距很大，我是還好，交通距離不算遠，但如果有人大老遠去應徵的，何必浪費彼此的時間呢？又，板主要不要想辦法規範一下這類的徵才文章呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 編輯: XPXCXOXD 來自: 219.85.122.117 (09/24 11:35)
