LG G PRO 的撥號鍵盤 有問題

小弟我最近用了續約 超能省的專案 選了G PRO 淘汰了ARC
但是這幾天使用上有些問題 如 LG G PRO 的撥號鍵盤 有問題 我有時打客服電話
需要 用到 撥號鍵盤 來按數字選項 但是 選取撥號鍵盤 按下去 都還沒聽到我想聽的選項 撥號鍵盤 就自己消失 整個螢幕都變黑 怎樣按 都按不回來 要等對方系統自行掛電話才把螢幕按得回來 和我前一隻ARC不太一樣 請問這樣狀況是正常的嗎? 還是要設定何種選項? 小弟我研究了好幾天無解
PS 好像講電話時也會變黑
