標題[問題] 會有房仲這種說法的嗎?

大家好，小弟最近看上一棟房子。目前斡旋到差距二十萬談不攏。房仲今天提出一個說法，買賣雙方私底下交易不讓公司(連鎖體系加盟店)知道，來免除雙方的仲介費消除價差，達成交易後再包個紅包給房仲就好。由於小弟從未接觸過買賣房屋市場。不知道這樣做法是否為真話，或者只是話術? 感謝各位大大解惑。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.88.74
