七成香港投資者看好股市前景

香港英國友誠國際發布第三版香港投資者取向報告顯示，有近七成香港投資者看好股市前景，是3年來首次超越投資黃金的比例。

證券時報報導，友誠香港區總經理李偉斯（David Knights）表示，股市是2010年6月以來，首次取代黃金成為最受香港投資者歡迎的資產類別，67%的受訪者認為股市能提供較好的投資機會。

受到香港特區政府近期頒布抑制房價措施影響，房地產成為香港投資者最不受歡迎的資產類別，但仍有投資者傾向投資商用建物，認為其投資前景優於住宅建物。

香港英國友誠國際是當地知名金融服務機構。該調查於今年10月4日起至10月18日，受訪者為至少擁有港幣50萬元（約新台幣190萬元）可投資資產的香港本地及外籍人士。
