海螺每隔一段時間會休眠=睡眠=不會工作=不幫你撿花枝......這個是滿不好的設定...
因為沒有好友/自己叫醒它...它就會一直睡又不會產寶...直到有人叫醒它為止,叫醒它後它會產一次寶啊...睡眠期間自自然然不會為你收寶...

如果說..你都很準時叫醒它...它一睡就叫醒它...它還是不幫你收寶...那請你回報客服...
