蕭靖老師的成本與管理會計課本範例九交通部擬建設一條高速公路，其相關資料如下: 1.建造成本(不包土地成本)為新台幣5,000億元，建設期程5年，每年工程費均為新台幣1,000億元。 2.5年完工後，即行通車，通車後每年維護及管理費均為新台幣100億元，每年通行費及其他服務費收入均為新台幣500億元。 3.假定高速公路之耐用年限為30年(亦即30年後，必須重新翻修)。 4.假定每年工程款及維修管理費均於年底一次支付。 5.假定每年之通行費及服務費，均於年底一次彙收。 6.資金成本率為10%。試根據上述資料，求計此一高速公路之自償比例。(即投資成本可回收比例) 現金流入現值=400x(9.426914 x 0.62092)=2,341 30期年金 5期複利請問那30期年金跟5期複利怎麼用計算機按出來昨天按了一小時跟google照搜尋到方法也都沒成功我的計算機是E-MORE MS-20GT -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.143.212.194
