在先不比較房價跟房屋品質下請問內湖5期跟向陽路重劃區這兩個區塊何者較佳阿我自己分析一下交通:目前2者均無捷運之後5期附近有舊宗站但還很久向陽路離昆陽又很遠但公車向陽路目前較多若開車上國道 2者都方便短期來看向陽路較便利生活:向陽過重陽路就有老舊社區要買東西應該都有而且較早開發目前重劃區內機能較佳 5期則是靠近大賣場區要吃要買要逛也OK 但5期區域內無店家則較不便利環境:2者綠地都不少但5期算半封閉型應該更清幽我自己是只注意這些因為其他的跟房子品質也有很大的關係不只板上高人能否幫忙解析一下假如以自住又能保值下兩個區域何者較佳謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.194.172.50
