聯 絡 人：王阿罵或站內信給原po 聯絡方式：0916391446 (王阿罵) 房屋地點：鼓山區 登山街 48巷 5號 鄰近交通：西子灣隧道口前方全家巷子內 房間種類：4樓透天水泥厝 所在樓層：4樓套房，4樓只有一間房間 租金(月)：套房3300元(包水電、寬頻、第四台，冷氣依獨立電表另計) 押 金：無，再與房東洽談 額外費用：包水電寬頻第四台，冷氣依獨立電表另計 公共設備：公用冰箱、免投幣洗衣機 房間設備：書桌、椅子、單人床、衣櫥、冷氣、網路、第四台 網路設施：應該是50m 格局坪數：2-3坪 隔間材質：水泥，全天候供應熱水 能否接受寵物：否 性別限制：無 消防設備：滅火器 備　　註：全棟環境整潔，房東周六日會打掃公共區域 3樓有兩位男性房客居住 4樓住戶住到找到新房客能至少住到暑假的房客就搬離，原則上2月後可入住 我是幫房東阿罵po的。房東阿罵不懂國語，要說台語，有問題可以先私信我 家具跟衛浴設備都很新，衛浴設備有加壓器，熱水夠熱、水壓也很穩定 垃圾放一樓房東會幫忙丟，忘記帶鑰匙可以請阿罵馬上來開 房間小了點，但很適合想要便宜又近的學生居住 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.123.106.88
