各位好，我是這個寒假準備要做短期打工的學生，公司說依規定要保勞保，但是家裡卻說，勞保保了就要一直保，就算之後離職退保了還是要繼續保+繳費，因為離我畢業可以持續工作還有一段不短的時間，這樣會入不敷出，還不如不要去打工…… 真的是這樣嗎？我以為退保之後直到再次工作的這段期間，是不用保勞保+繳費的…… 爬了勞保局的網站也只找到累積年資和繳費期間，沒有提到離職退保之後會不會轉回家裡繼續保之類的Orz 還要麻煩大家解惑了，感激不盡 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.227.164.1
