如標題，想請問大家請假一定要先從特休扣除嗎？我的情況是今年開始有特休７天的一年，因為去年原單位主管將我轉調(掉)單位，所以整個請假的方針都不同了，尤其是現主管很怕績效、KPI問題，連想請病假與生理假，若有特休者都須先由特休起抵扣，我的特休大部分是要陪家人就醫來使用，造成我連假都不敢請，只有一直硬撐，已經用過一天特休抵扣病假，但是現在身體婦科部分似乎出毛病了，所以想上來詢問關於請假勞基法部分是否有類似『必須先由特休扣除完假的額度才可以請一般生理假或病假』的制度？若問題描述不清我可以在詳細，謝謝大家:) -- posted from android bbs reader on my HTC Sensation Z710e https://market.android.com/details?id=com.bbs.reader -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.206.137.197
