大家好，小弟目前在準備明年(104年)的律師司法官考試，最近光是買書就買到頭昏眼花了XD 然後刑法部份買了林山田老師的刑法通論上下冊最新版十版，回家後才看到那是2008年的，這樣想請問的是，這六年來都多多少少有在修法，如果讀這本書會不會遺漏掉什麼部份？裡頭的觀念會跟現在的命題方向差很多嗎？那萬一林師的書已不合用的話還有哪位老師的刑總是準備司法特考推薦閱讀的嗎？文長抱歉，手機排版我也不知道會不會亂掉，如造成閱讀困難深感抱歉。第一次使用手機發文請多海涵(長這麼大現在才有第一支智慧型手機) -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.8.133.52
