家裡是舊公寓,買雙B或Porsche休旅車停路邊過夜是否可行?

如題, 小弟住台北市,家裡雖是舊公寓,花了200W裝潢了一下,住的也是舒舒服服,坪數又實,唯一的缺點是沒有車庫.

平日接送小孩,上下班皆以車代步近十年,開了10年的日系國產車依然頭好壯壯,只是一些小問題慢慢出現,如皮椅,隔熱紙,大燈霧化,升降機,油耗表現....所以有了換車的念頭,應該會在 X-series ML Macan中選一台,但是一想到沒車庫, 就又縮了回去,最近的月租停車場是附近公園地下室,距離約600m,有點遠,6K/月. 另外我在公司大樓地下室已有租車位4K/月.

想請教板上先進買雙B或Porsche休旅車停路邊過夜的嗎?
快300W的車停路邊怪怪的竊盜險保多一點是一定要的吧
還是各位覺得租個車安心一點? 每天多走1.2KM
