標示新制上路 屏東稽查無違規

衛生福利部食品藥物管理署針對果蔬汁、乳品、米粉等標示的新規定今天上路，屏東衛生局首日稽查，初步沒有發現違規。

衛生局長李建廷今天帶隊前往屏東市家樂福等大賣場稽查，查看果蔬汁、乳品及米粉等有沒有標示。

李建廷表示，民眾購買乳品可以從品名標示了解產品，也可查看外包裝標示的內容物、營養標示等，選擇適合自己的產品。

李建廷表示，新規定要原汁總含量達10%以上的包裝飲料品名，才能用「果蔬汁」的名稱，衛生局將不定期到市面上稽查，約1個月稽查1次。

賣場業者說，新法上路前，已經向相關商品業者宣導，今天營業前都有詳加檢查。
