標題[問題] 已修正但尚未施行的條文

想請問一下大家如果條文已修正但尚未施行(例如103/4/1公布但104/1/1施行) 那在這中間時間的考試要適用舊條文還是新條文呢? 已爬文但沒查到相關問題 google有說法是說考選部為避免爭議故不會出這種條文但因為我現在要看的那部幾乎快整個法都修了感覺應該不太可能只考剩下那幾個條文而且經過這次高普我覺得出題老師完全沒心肝QQ 所以想問一下有人知道通常是怎樣嗎不然新舊法都念真的是負擔很大啊.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.243.118.2 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1405172970.A.C06.html
