關於W211的刹車問題

請教知道的車友一個問題:我的車是2003的W211 最近發現刹車有一個問題。就是剛發動或是回油滑行時踩刹車時都會有很大聲的咕咕聲。若是熱車後或是40km/hr以上刹車時就比較沒聲音。請問這樣正常嗎？還是哪裡有問題？
還有。就是我的前碟盤有蠻明顯的生銹情況。這樣會影響剎車功能嗎？
