標題[問題] 內壢火車站附近家庭式套房

八月底開始要通勤到湖口上班所以打算租在內壢車站附近(另一半在元智上班) 因為以前讀書時租的都是6坪左右的個人式套房現在小家庭有小孩了，希望可以找到2-3房，約20-30坪左右的整層住家預算約一萬元左右不要超過12000(含管理費) 重點是要有廚房可開伙... 我知道前站忠孝路很熱鬧，但近年內壢後站有發展很多不知道前後站租屋價差是否很大? 另外也想問租這種家庭式獨立住家的大部分是不是都不含家具因為有找到是只有冷氣而已，其他都沒有...房東說這附近同質需求都是這樣條件? 煩請推薦了，希望現在找不要太慢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.194.123.251 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ChungLi/M.1407183106.A.EEB.html
