我去官網下載最新版也是開不起來

我需要ROOT的我去載了好多個版本都一樣安裝後打開軟體就出現這串

我這台筆電以前裝過是可以裝的但刪除後最近要用現在去安裝就不能用了

我也GOOGLE 用軟體強力解除安裝都沒有用....已安裝最新顯示卡驅動也安裝NET4.0 win764
請問一下這要怎麼解決????
