21歲冼義哲參選市代表 今完成登記

「青年佔領政治」11縣市未滿23歲成員，今登記參選縣市議員及代表，表達「大於18我要投票、小於23我要參政」及「修改憲法130條」訴求；多數「參選人」因繳不出保證金卡關，最後僅冼義哲「兩進」馬公市公所後，順利完成登記。

冼義哲說，行動初步構想有兩個重點，包括「不認同保證金制度」，提出以「公費選舉」取代，其次就是突顯年齡問題，沒想到多數「參選人」都在「繳納保證金」環節被拒絕。
