請問各位前輩，我爸買了一間尚未點交的法拍屋，前屋主提出此法拍屋的租賃合約，經我方仲介表示,法院已認定原屋主租賃合約無效，且預計於近期由警察執行強制遷移但今日我們確收到承租戶(前屋主的公司)委託律師發的一封存證信函，內容大致上為: 「本公司自民國81年承租房屋迄今，惟於103年收受法院通知，xxx取得該房屋所有權，因不知xxx之匯款帳戶或其他清償方式，尚無法交付租金，故函催xxx於24小時內提出匯款帳戶或其他清償方式，倘逾期即依法提存。」請問各位前輩,對方這樣做的意圖為何,應該要怎樣因應呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 180.176.24.94 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1409585333.A.913.html
