各位先進好: 小弟自修不動產經紀人。看法規土地法&土地稅法有點矛盾不懂土地法169條規定:地價稅是千分之十五為基本稅率土地稅法16條規定:地價稅基本稅率為千分之十請問這兩條有矛盾嗎?? 還是該怎麼解釋? 另外土地法87條:建築改良物價值不及所佔基地地價20%者，視為空地土地稅法11條:建築改良物價值不及所佔基地申報地價10%者，視為空地請問這兩條也有矛盾嗎? 還是我不懂呢? 懇請各位賜教謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.192.206.232 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1410539691.A.D85.html
