吵架灌女友通樂致死 男重判15年

男子張振泰酒後與江姓女友吵架，硬扳開江女嘴巴，灌入廁所通水管用的「通樂」，造成江女臉部、食道嚴重灼傷，就醫術後因營養不良致死。一審依殺人罪判張14年徒刑；二審認為張惡性重大、犯後態度不佳，加重改判15年。得上訴。

張振泰今天由法警提解聆判，聽完判決後，對於媒體詢問不予回應，還押時跑著下樓、閃避媒體拍照。
