日前薛姓偵查佐遭黑幫分子圍毆重傷不治重大案件，引起社會震憾。內政部今日在行政院會臨時提報，行政院長江宜樺則說，檢警單位迅速鎖定行兇歹徒，逐一追緝到案，內政部責成警政署通令全國各警察機關展開特定場所掃蕩行動，加強打擊黑道幫派，請內政部持續督促警政署及各地方警察局貫徹執行，以恢復國人對治安信心。

江揆表示，該起案件凸顯警察人員執勤安全的重要性，希望第一線執勤員警處理治安事件時，一定要有高度敵情觀念，按照警政署頒布的標準作業程序，落實通報、相互支援，避免發生意外。
