俄中止交換學生計畫 美：遺憾

美國駐莫斯科大使館今天發表聲明，針對莫斯科當局決定中止1項大型高中生交換計畫表達遺憾。

美聯社報導，美國大使特福特（John F. Tefft）發表聲明說，未來領袖交流計畫（Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program）提供超過8000名俄國學生赴美，讓他們居住在美國家庭、上當地學校、體驗社區生活。

特福特補充說：「我們對俄國政府這項決定深感遺憾，過去21年，這項計畫在俄羅斯和美國人民之間打造深厚而強健的關係。」

俄羅斯今天表示，發生1名學生出國未歸的事件後，他們決定中止這項計畫。俄羅斯做出這項決定之前，俄美關係已因俄羅斯在烏克蘭的行動而趨於緊繃。
