關於I PHONE官網購買的退換貨

很不幸的購入了有一隻有問題的6 64G 灰

會死當以及左下角的面板觸控不良

死當的情況是整個螢幕都沒辦法反應

因當初是在官網購買的故只能趁著14天內換機

想請問有在官網進行過退換貨流程的版友

能告知一下退換貨的流程嗎?以及大概要等多久?
