楊秋興告陳菊貪汙菊營要反告

國民黨高雄市長候選人楊秋興、前立委邱毅今天指控民進黨高雄市長候選人陳菊4年前收受的一筆100萬元政治獻金，疑與環保局「100年至102年度加強街道揚塵洗街計畫」案有關，與律師到高雄地檢署告陳菊涉貪汙、圖利。

陳菊認為這些動作都是選舉抹黑，不回應。

陳菊競選總部律師團團長李勝琛強調，邱毅是利用有選舉目的的楊秋興對陳菊等人進行不實指控，律師團將蒐證後依法對邱毅和楊秋興提告。
