天梭SEA STAR1000保養請教

各位大大好，
小弟入手這支錶應該也有3～5年了(實際忘了)，但近日發現佩戴時似乎容易停止，因為這錶是3眼6針的機械錶，之前的動能儲存就算不佩戴放著也有24小時以上，現在雖屬靜態的生活佩戴(連睡覺都戴著)，但有時就會完全停止。所以請教：
１.如何測試機械性能衰退？是要手搖多久後靜止放置？
２.如衰退要如何保養？
３.去寶島鐘錶詢問過，說這支錶的內部計時器還是動能器之類的(應該是)是塑材，如時間不準需更換要9,500元，請問這正確嗎？
４.這支機械錶的命運必須如此嗎？

懇請專業大大提供意見～感謝。
