尋找嘉義租屋好地點

如文章不恰當,再麻煩管理員刪除

目前我們一家3口人在美國,2月底會回台灣,回台後就立即要在嘉義市租房子
最近在591等網頁看了不少房子,很少看到符合需求的房子,
看到不錯的也因無法看房錯失機會先被租走了(先前喜歡的案子為:精忠新城及經國新城),
不知版上有沒有潛在房東或是仲介可以幫忙

目前需求為:2或3房的公寓大樓或透天,租期為兩年
須附家具,廚房,希望是有裝潢及停車位
如有包含網路及第四台最好,希望屋齡別太久
目前預計租期為兩年,預算大約在17000元以下/一個月
希望有人能幫忙,謝謝
