中油推土地活化 2月5日招商

為延續中油精華土地資產活化政策，中油公司表示，將於今年2月5日舉辦招商說明會，以公開招標方式，引進民間廠商開發營運「新竹市中央段土地」，達到挹注收益、活絡地區經濟並創造國民就業機會。

中油指出，中油公司「新竹市中央段土地」位於新竹市中華路二段民華加油站旁，緊鄰新光三越及國賓飯店，總面積約1,038坪，距離新竹市火車站僅約800公尺，可開發地標型商用大樓，並引進旅館、辦公、主題餐廳、婚宴會館等多元化商業使用。本案並提供設定50年地上權，地租為申報地價的6.25％，押標金為新台幣3千萬元，未來將以權利金公開競標最高出價者為得標人。
