預售屋用電問題

今天進行客變，建商說全室配60A的電源。原本配置是廚房兩個110V專用迴路、冰箱專迴、洗烘機專迴，再加上冷氣、電燈及其他插座等等。

我想要在廚房增加一個220V 15A專插及把一個110V專插改為220V 15A專插，另在客廳增加一個110V 5A音響專插。燈具方面只加了兩個燈具出線孔。

可是，建商說這樣會超過60A，需要把全室的電線升級和重拉，費用會很貴。

1) 我好像加的東西都不算很多吧，真的會超過60A嗎?
2) 有人知道這樣增加電容量和拉線大約多少錢?
