習近平闡述四個全面治國理政布局

中共總書記習近平2日首度完整闡述「四個全面」。學者說，此舉宣示「四個全面」已成為以習近平為總書記的中共中央治國理政全新布局。

「四個全面」是指「全面建成小康社會、全面深化改革、全面依法治國、全面從嚴治黨」。

香港文匯網訪問大陸國家行政學院教授許耀桐，今天作以上分析報導。

習近平2日論述指出，全面建成小康社會是戰略目標。全面深化改革、全面依法治國、全面從嚴治黨是三大戰略舉措。

他說，要把全面依法治國放在「四個全面」的戰略布局中來把握，深刻認識全面依法治國與其他三個「全面」的關係，努力做到「四個全面」相輔相成、相互促進、相得益彰。
