興富發在手的交屋量，更呈現大爆炸的格局，據悉至少高達700多億元新案，會落在2015年完工，包括「台北時代廣場」、「台北晶麒」、「圓山一號院」、「成大城」、「華人匯」、「大直金泰段」

這些都是很貴的~~交屋不代表都賣完了,若庫存一堆,算3成好了,也有210億~~
