標題[閒聊] 關於成大城的好壞?

最近在下有在看房子話說這間在網路上的評價實在是很兩極化不是大好就是大壞有沒有板友對這一塊比較了解的一起討論一下自己淺略分析了一下優點:1.地點還算不錯 2.生活機能還算方便 3.以目前的開價來看,對比其他新成屋來說不算相對高缺點:1.交通易堵塞,有很多版友都有提到這點 2.停車困難 3.戶數大,管理困難(這點比較有爭議,有說法是戶數大管委會資金較多較好做事) 4.有傳言說用料不好?? 結論: 感覺起來不是變成桂花鄉2.0就是變成摩根2.0,或許沒有像摩根那樣都是套房會比較好? 比較適合小家庭買或是做出租用不知道各位版友的想法如何? 順帶一問,預售屋的出脫潮通常都是交屋前半年內嗎?最近在591看價格似乎有降,但感覺好像沒到底? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.171.108.189 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1423299298.A.9F6.html
