關於電供的問題請教~

小弟我最近玩大革命時，顯卡努力發功的同時，PSU出現了電流聲，只好馬上關閉遊戲，
電流聲才會消失，上網尋找了相關問題發現，出現電流聲不是正常現象，所以打算趁過年
來更換一下PSU。

本人配備如下：

CPU：FX-6300
MB：技嘉 970A-D3P
VGA：藍寶 R9-280X (6Pin+8Pin)

PSU目前是使用聽說不好的雷克特白牌550W，所以很擔心一不小心就燒了什麼！！

目前有看到TP-450C，可是在想450W是不是推不太動280X~~

在別的討論區有熱心的大大告訴我可以穩推，但是看到藍寶官網寫的最低750W電供，
所以小弟我又縮了，還請各位大大多給點意見，感恩在感恩~
