標題[請益] 年後轉職請益

各位好自已本身在一家小公司上班，屬於軟體工程師，主要工作內容是寫寫控制器的軟體(C++)。有時也幫公司寫一些軟體(C#、ASP NET、SQL、Access)，還有管理公司內的電腦和維修進入公司也快8年了(30歲)，工作時間還算正常8:30~18:00，偶爾出差去台中，偶爾加班。月薪最近加到了4萬3，2014年收入約在70多萬。主要換考慮轉職的原因是工作上已經很熟悉了，想要換一個更有挑戰的工作。可是卻不知道實際上在軟體工程師業界中，假如我換到一個專業的軟體公司實際上的大約工作時間?年薪?能夠有各式各樣的專案可以去挑戰? 假如是各位會想轉換工作嗎? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.136.231.168 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1424334918.A.B11.html
