莫名的小腿痛，原因是⋯⋯

想請教一下
我跑步也十年有了
雖不是超強
但也都有持續運動
可是近幾年有個狀況
較常發生在跑完全馬後的下午開始
也可能沒運動就疼
現在就只痛左腳
還是無法形容的超級痛
不是肌肉拉傷、筋脈發炎
倒想說會不會是拴塞啊？小腿栓塞？？
但是隔天就又好了
有人知道是什麼狀況嗎？
