明倫國小本來是被相中地 , 搞到最後廢校 , 但是因為怕地賣建商蓋屋炒高高 , 後來一段時間
有人去弄甚活動, 但是還是蚊子樓 .

現在 .. 將蓋中繼住宅是好事阿 , 何況房價本來就是供須問題 , 如何放出一堆房屋來
房價跌, 那表示先前一堆房屋真的是投資客握手上不放出來 , 如果投資客要屯房
那是投資客的事 , 放出一堆房屋造福一群無殼蝸牛不好嗎 ?

何況信義區那邊小巷內不也一堆老房屋阿

還是其他人希望明倫國小蓋豪宅去拉高周邊房價 ?
