標題[問題] 教育行政 V.S. 人事行政選擇

各位前輩們好：日前因找工作不順利因而決定報考公職，原本想考鐵路特考，但聽聞只有高員級才有「銓敘證」（其實也不懂這是什麼東西），且台鐵員工福利不如其他公務員好…所以想說還是考普考。現在考慮的是教育行政和人事行政（依網站介紹感覺這兩個比較單純），但有爬文爬到教育行政是死亡之組（？）…人事行政錄取後又不見得好（？）… 我二專是商經科畢業，目前在某科大就讀工管系的假日班，但商科工科其實都沒什麼底子…準備哪個類科對我來說都是要從基底開始的。想請教各位前輩，若都無底子，準備哪個類科有差別嗎？教育行政和人事行政錄取後的工作哪個更單純呢？還請各位麻煩幫我分析一下，感謝！（鞠躬） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.242.32.242 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1426153319.A.093.html
