馬總統親慰勉于北辰希望更多人支持于

馬總統上午在國安會秘書長高華柱陪同下，出席中華戰略協會年度會慶，他在眾多老將前致詞時，特別對陸軍542旅旅長于北辰表示肯定。記者洪哲政/攝影

馬總統上午在國安會秘書長高華柱陪同下，出席中華戰略協會年度會慶，他致詞時特別表示，陸軍542旅旅長于北辰因身體不適，申請退伍，引發各界關切，國防部已積極慰留，一方面維護他的健康，一方為能繼續為國軍貢獻，他要對于北辰接任542旅1年7個月之後，用心推動訓練、照顧官兵的措施表達嘉勉與肯定，也希望有更多人能夠來支持于北辰。
