國民黨籍立法委員蔡正元針對內湖警分局漂流木案，今天在臉書發文直指柯文哲與台北市議員高嘉瑜是「狼狽為奸」，陷害忠良。

台北市長柯文哲因內湖分局「漂流木」案，動怒要拔掉內湖分局長；後來，柯文哲雖改口，但仍引發基層員警不滿，蔡正元也在臉書發文批評。

蔡正元表示，警察並不具備鑑定漂流木的專業，並批評高嘉瑜為選立法委員不惜抹黑警察，諂諛柯文哲，製造個人新聞聲勢。

蔡正元臉書發文指出，不論內湖那批木頭是漂流木或盜採木，內湖警察已請林務局官員先行認定是漂流木，「警察可以不管林務局的認定，像柯高這一對狼狽自行認定而扣押這批木頭嗎？」

他認為警察已做了該做的查證，就算林務局官員認定有誤，各有職司，也不可以陷害警察吧？

蔡正元並指柯文哲踐踏警察尊嚴，高嘉瑜急著選立委，設計構陷忠良，污辱內湖警察。
